Too few sockets is the classic electrical job: adding a point in the kitchen, a home-office spot in the attic or outdoor sockets for the garden. A dedicated circuit for the washing machine, dryer or oven also falls under this — heavy appliances should not share one circuit.
Expect € 85 to € 175 per point, including materials and finishing. Flush-mounted costs more than surface-mounted because of the chasing and milling work; several points in one visit are cheaper per point. (Partially) renewing old wiring or rewiring a home is custom work, quoted individually.
Renovating? Have the electrical work run along right away: laying cables in an open wall or floor is many times cheaper than concealing them afterwards.
